Incident Reporting and Investigation

This module captures information on incidents resulting in injury or illness and/or lost work time. It tracks compensable and non-compensable workplace injuries and illness cases. The module auto-populates OSHA reports as well as the Employer's First Report of Injury. It includes an automatic e-mail trigger for the assigning of corrective actions.

 

Incident Self-Reporting

This stand-alone module allows companies to quickly report accidents and incidents at the supervisor or employee level. The module will significantly reduce delays in reporting and data gathering allowing employer's to maintain compliance with record keeping requirements.

Respirator Fit Testing

This module records both qualitative and quantitative fit testing results.

Facility Audits

The facility audit module provides a tool for conducting audits at the facility and program level. A complete corrective action feature and electronic notification option will complement the audit module so findings can be reported quickly and efficiently.

Education

This module permits the user-definition of education sessions including: the session types; course subject matter; date; specific occupational need; department requesting the session; and, the number of attendees.
