PODzilla features a dropdown menu that shows all the available pods on the current layout.
As if all this were not enough, PODzilla has a few more tricks to share.
Users can select any active pod from the dropdown menu in PODzilla and make that pod vanish and reappear for attendees! As the Host you can still see the pod and interact with it in the normal way. The only difference you will see is that the pod will become transparent so you can easily tell which pods have been made to disappear for attendees.
Here are a few ideas of how you can use the tool:
Upload an MP3 music or podcast file in to a share pod and make it invisible. Now you can play the music or a recorded conversation in the meeting room without the pod taking up space. Until now, Hosts have had to hide pods behind other content to achieve this effect but then they have no easy way to access the controls of the hidden pod again. With PODzilla the share pod can be anywhere you would like, with full access to the standard controls but only you can see it.
Instead of loading a pod with a powerpoint slide show or flash paper document and having to wait while the content loads for attendees, just load the pod ahead of time and make it invisible. Then at the appropriate moment, just make it instantly appear with no waiting time for the content to load. Invisible pods can be made very small and placed to one side of the meeting layout and then resized prior to making them appear again. While a pod is invisible, you can move it and resize it till it looks exactly the way you want, then just make it appear for the audience.
You can also store multiple hidden pods on a layout and reveal them one by one to create a montage effect, quite effective if you want to introduce a number of speakers and have a separate photo of each one in a different pod.
